Our relationship with you starts with our team trying to match a caregiver to your personality. It is important that you enjoy spending time with someone you have invited into your home! We start slowly, allowing you to ease into the changes. Our initial plan provides the minimum amount of time to meet your required needs and always gives you the option to increase or decrease care as your needs change. Our hourly rate remains the same for our services from light housekeeping to home hospice. As your care level changes and your hours of care increase the hourly rate does not.
By adding home care to your daily or weekly routine, you are potentially decreasing your risk for falls, helping to ensure proper nutrition and hydration (while there is a growing emphasis on tackling malnutrition and improving nutritional care, there is a danger that hydration is being overlooked) and assisting in reducing caregiver burnout for family and friends.
In addition, our Nurse Manager is in direct communication with the caregiver in your home. This direct line of communication may help prevent an unnecessary doctor or hospital visit, or get you the help you need before it becomes and emergency.
Our complimentary, no obligation in home visit, can answer many of your questions and help you understand some of your options. We always consider your needs and your budget.
