Our Nurse Manager takes a holistic approach to your care by working with your all of the professionals involved in your care. This can include physicians, physiotherapists, hospital case workers and mental heath teams.
We are focused on what type of care you want and always advocate on your behalf, for you. We respect your choices as an individual about your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. As a result, you get the best plan possible for your loved one.
The caregivers, in your home, continually communicate changes in your health to the Nurse Manager. As a result, a visit can be scheduled at any time to assess you and help make decisions regarding a visit to a doctor or hospital.
